Do you install residential and commercial flooring?
Yes. F&F Flooring handles residential and commercial flooring projects across Connecticut and New York. Tell us whether your project is for a home or business, how the space is used, and which flooring you have in mind.
Can I preview flooring in my own room?
Yes. Open the Room visualizer, choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP photo, and move the four corners around a clear area of floor. Explore illustrative flooring looks, compare before and after, and download a preview. Your photo stays in your browser. Physical samples and a site assessment are needed to confirm the final product and color.
Do you sell carpet as well as install it?
Yes. F&F Flooring offers carpet sales and installation. Select Carpet in the project estimator, then choose sales and installation, carpet sales only, or installation only. Mention padding, stairs, or removal in your quote request.
What is VCT flooring?
VCT stands for vinyl composition tile. Include your room dimensions, preferred pattern, and existing floor condition in your request so installation and floor-care needs can be discussed.
Can you help me choose the right flooring?
Yes. Tell us how the space is used, the look you like, and any concerns about pets, moisture, or maintenance. Those details help shape the material discussion and project scope.
Does the estimator give me a price?
The estimator organizes room measurements and calculates a planning material allowance. Pricing depends on the selected product, existing floor condition, subfloor preparation, access, and finishing details. A site assessment is needed for an accurate quote.
What if I don’t have exact measurements?
That’s okay. You can request a quote without using the estimator. Approximate dimensions are a helpful starting point; final measurements and quantities will be confirmed before work is agreed.
Do you work in both Connecticut and New York?
F&F Flooring serves Connecticut and New York. Include your project town in the quote request so availability for your specific location can be confirmed.
What should I include in my quote request?
Your town, flooring preference, approximate room sizes, existing flooring, and ideal timing are a great start. Mention stairs, furniture, repairs, or anything else that may affect the work.
